The Matador V-Belt Pulley System - Choose Color

It’s finally here – the ALL NEW MST V-Belt Pulley System.  We took the same great precision design from our proven serpentine system and developed a kit for the “Traditionalist” at heart.  Easy to install and looks great!  Pulleys are precision machined from aircraft quality T6 Aluminum Billet allowing for smooth and consistent operation. Your kit will also include custom MST Stainless Steel Crank Bolt and Alternator Nut as well as Alternator Pulley Shims and Belt. Everything you need to make the upgrade in one kit!

Kit fits both Alternator and Generator setups.  Fits all upright, aircooled VW engines.

Crank Pulley measures 6 ¾” Dia. / Alt-Gen Pulley measures 4 ¼” Dia. Maintaining OEM fan speeds.

The new V-Belt System is available in polished aluminum and all MST Solid Colors (Red, Black, Blue and Lime Green).  Cutouts available in Renegade and Matador only.

ALL Timing marks are CNC engraved!  Includes markings at TDC and BDC for easier valve adjustments.
